Chaperones
Chaperones have perhaps the greatest impact on the EYE experience for the youth in attendance. They are expected to set excellent examples in behavior and attitude as they provide safety for participants through diligent discipline regarding appropriate and healthy boundaries. A delegation with any 19-year-olds must have chaperones no younger than 22.

Bishops
Bishops are invited to attend EYE23 as either one of the chaperones for their young people or they can register as a bishop. Registration for bishops not traveling as a delegation chaperone will open through Friday, March 31, 2023. Bishops registering independent of a delegation will not have the option of on-campus housing.

Exhibitors
We will be inviting partners in ministry, organizations that serve youth and young adults, and other organizations to be exhibitors at EYE23. Please email us if you are interested in being an exhibitor at EYE23.
Volunteers
Applications are open now for adult volunteers to serve on the event team, which includes: Dorm Crew, Logistics Team, EYE Chaplain Team, Communications Team, or Medical Care Team. Applications will be received until January 13, 2023. Event Team members are responsible for their own travel to/from EYE23.
Locally, it takes hundreds of volunteers to make EYE23 a success. The local congregations, dioceses, and provinces supporting EYE23 will be primarily responsible for volunteer recruitment. More information will be available as the EYE23 Planning Team continues its discernment and identifies its needs. Please check back here in late February for more news.
