Registration opened January 6, 2020, for Diocesan Delegations participating in EYE20. Please contact your diocesan office to learn about local EYE plans and deadlines. If a registrar has not been identified in your diocese, please contact our office at email@example.com to learn more.
Registration for all other Delegations to EYE20 opened on January 27, 2020.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE MARCH 13, 2020 – or when we have reached campus capacity – whichever occurs first!
A 10% deposit will be collected at the time of registration. The remainder will be due by June 5, 2020.
Diocesan Bishops will be notified of any and all delegations planning to attend EYE from their diocese under either registration process.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, you must notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org by June 1. If you cancel by June 1, your registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee per person. Refunds will be applied to either the credit card used for payment of the original fee or in the form of a check drawn on a US bank. Cash refunds will not be considered. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals, early departures, “no-shows”, or cancellation requests received after June 1.
Substitutions & Transfers
You may transfer registration to another eligible party if they are unable to attend. Registration transfers and substitutions may be requested via email until June 1. After this date, any change requests will be evaluated on an individual basis. There will be a $25 processing fee charged per registration transfer.
